Synthworks, compositions for synthesizer

Around 1997-2000 I made some compositions for synthezisers.

The equipment I used:

• Ensoniq TS10 synthesizer
• Roland JV 1080 Sound module
• Emu Proformance Piano module
• Lexicon LXP 5 sound processing module

The Atari computer with Emagic Notator software stood at the base.

Listen or download

I selected 5 compositions that you can listen to. They are on the server not in MP3, but in M4A format (an extended better version of MP3), also refered to as AAC, or MP4
They can be played with Itunes and Quicktime, and with modern players, not with the older ones. Sometimes you can download a so called codec for your player if AAC is not supported.

AAC is considerably better than MP3, that's why.

Here you can hear the 5 compositions (in the order as in the right column on this page) without downloading them, so called streaming audio.

(If you like the music and want to listen to the pieces more often, please download the files to keep them on your computer. This saves me bandwidth.)
